Getting There

First off I want to thank all of you for your nice notes and for your concern, it's been very hard to keep up with everything. Have you ever felt like someone threw you into a sinking ship, handed you a teaspoon and told you to start bailing? I can see the hull now :) We are not back on the trail but things are beginning to look up, become more manageable anyway. I'm sure by next week we will all be back in the pink again.

It's been a rough go, the mental exhaustion grew into physical as any caregiver can attest to....

but in the end I know I would not have to think twice about proceeding in any other way.

I'm still working, sending birds off into the wind, sometimes with Jo at my feet even though she does not like being in my studio. Life still chugs forward and I just keep bailing.

much love, Ro and Jo

  1. I will grab my teaspoon and join you.

Jo, sometimes--like NOW--you gotta do what Ro says. She'll steer you right, and get you out of the big bell collar....

  3. Just keep keepin on, Ro, you can do it!! Funny how things tend to become very clear at times like this, no time for trivial stuff....very in the moment living..it is it's own gift, though you may not see it for the exhaustion. 10,000 blessings in all directions for you, Jo and the whole family.

    1. How true this is...I'm good with the stick-with-it-ness it generally produces a good result as tiring as it can be.
