Gardening 101

I have been working in the herbarium these past few days collecting specimens.......



and preserving them in silver....


all with turquoise rocks. I have 4 new turquoise rings nearly finished and I hope to show them to you tomorrow.

Now it's off to scrub my fingernails... xoxo Ro

    1. I've been hoarding this stone, I love the rusty roots, the stone is from Nevada. I was searching for just the right project in which to incorporate it.

  3. Ro, the botanist in me is smiling--these specimens are incredible!!!! I've pressed plenty of plants for preservation purposes, but never preserved anything in silver--WOW!!!!
