A Little Help for My Friends

I recently read a tip on the etsy metal blog. This particular tip was to use wooden dowels as bezel pushers instead of the of the metal ones or the rockers, both which can skid across a soft stone ruining the project. I thought I'd share one of my favorite fabricated tools.

A toothbrush handle makes a superb bezel pusher, the grip is much easier on your hands, the shape on the end is superior to a round dowel and if you use a clear one you can see precisely what your doing.

Best wishes xo Auntie Ro

  4. I have read about making a bezel pusher with a toothbrush but never talked to anyone who had actually done it....so glad you shared...now I will have to make one. It looks especially comfy with that cushy handle...thanks for sharing.
