Big Hair

pssssst.........You probably should hide, it's deer hunting season.....

Maybe back a little further...

have a good weekend all.....xo Ro and Buck

  1. Buck is obviously looking for a doe, doesn't want one to miss him when she prances by.

What a nut!!!!!!! (Buck, not you!!)

    Happy weekend to you, too!

  2. They are pretty gorgeous arent' they?
They sure get bold this time of year.
    tsk tsk.

  3. : ) I love the head with a bush adorable, have a great weekend Ro! xx

  4. Beautiful animal!! Hunting season :(( Don't want to think about that...

Have a wonderful weekend including satisfying studio time!!! xoxoxo

  5. beautiful buck...yes they get really dumb during the rut...go back, go back!
When else do you get to see such pretty velvet.
nice shots my friend! (I prefer the camera shots myself and not the other ones) heh heh!

  6. Maybe he's shy around the girls????????

  7. Isn't he beautiful ? This is one time you can say "nice rack" :) This time of year the bucks I see are usually solitary but the girls still run in gossipy packs. They always make me laugh thinking they're hiding with that "big hair" giving them away!

Finally my hands feel more rested and after designing an ad I settled into a peaceful and productive studio day.

I hope your weekend is filled with blessings, ours will be more rain ♡

    I love you all xoxo

  8. He is a beauty. All of our deer are looking for hiding places also as are the dogs....they hate the sound of gun shots...thank goodness. Have a great weekend!

  9. He takes direction well...cute post! Happy Week-ending Ro!

  10. I had a book as a child about a rabbit who always thought he was hiding, but his tail stuck out. I think this buck is related.

  11. Just returned from a visit with friends in Colorado.
The herds of Elk that roam through town are a sight to see, and every evening a buck deer and his family would come on the property and eat the horses' alfalfa.
They are smart, and stay in town away from the hunters.
Mr. Fox would visit too, looking for morsels we put out for him.
